Can I place an order by phone?

How is sales tax calculated?
DapperDazzle is obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses. The appropriate tax will be added to your total at checkout.
How Are Coupon Codes Applied?
Simply input the code in the section dedicated for promotional codes in the Checkout Page. All of our coupon codes are exclusive, meaning that only one code can be applied for an order. They can also only be applied on Full Priced Items. We reserve the right to end promotions at any time.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we will not be able to accept your cancellation request, and it will instead be handled as a return.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, and JCB. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
How does shipping work?
Most orders are shipped via USPS. We ship Monday – Friday business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Most of the time your order will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours! If an item is on back order, we will call or email you with an approximate ship date. U.S. Standard Shipping is Free with No Minimum Purchase.
Via USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International Mail for international orders. Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States should be received within 3-5 business days of shipment.
Via USPS Priority Mail or UPS or DHL. Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States should be received within 2-3 business days of shipment. Expedited shipping is currently not available for international orders.
Does DapperDazzle ship to multiple addresses?
Please be advised that if you want to split shipment to multiple addresses, you will have to place each order separately.
Does DapperDazzle ship to overseas addresses?
We certainly do! Just select the shipping carrier and speed that works for you! Please be advised that it is your responsibility and duty to be aware of any customs processes and fees that you may incur.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s the return policy?
If you’ve received your item(s) and decide that you no longer want them, they can be returned up to 30 days after the original order in the same new condition. While the customer pays for the original shipping costs, postage for returns will be free! Once we receive the return we will issue you a full refund for the product. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. You may start the return process HERE.
What if I want to return an item that was purchased with a promotion or discount?
If you used a discount or promotional offer when purchasing an item and you would now like to return it, the amount that will be issued back to you will be for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase, not the current selling price.
What if I received a defective product?
If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can do everything we can to make things right.
What if I haven’t received my order or it was damaged upon arrival?

What’s the exchange policy?
If you’ve received your item(s) and would like to exchange them for a different size or color, please contact us to begin processing the exchange.
Items cannot be exchanged if the products have been worn and used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will ship out the replacement order to you at no additional cost.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undeliverable packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order and make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
